We finished the second season of Making a Murderer. It is sooo slooow, but good. The second season seems less about the problem of prosecuting someone with ambiguous evidence, and more - oh the police there are criminals.

I started reading Why We Sleep.

When trying to follow through on a new years resolution to try yoga, I found a couple of courses are still managing their bookings via SMS and PHP or CGI driven contact forms and then managing payment offline. Gulp. Shopify would fulfill 90% of their needs.

The drive towards digital minimalism is underway. We’ve abandoned the dream of privacy, moved all of our photos onto Google Photos, and I’ve put the NAS on eBay. Striping the disks was far too boring so I’ve put them into caddies instead. Not super minimal.. but more minimal than running a 40W server and my terrible bit of software to make the pictures accessible in a browser.
